Our story
Built to fix the things clients complain about
Most security complaints are not about bravery. They are about basics: an officer who does not know the site, a report that never arrives, a supervisor who cannot be reached at 3am.
RW Secure Ltd was formed to run guarding the way the people doing it wish it were run. Officers are briefed on the assignment instructions before their first shift. Patrols are logged. Incidents are reported the same night, not the following week. And when you call the number on the contract, someone who knows your site answers it.
Because we also deliver security training in-house, we are not dependent on whoever the market sends us. We teach the standard we want, then we deploy against it.

Every deployment produces a record — occurrence log, patrol times, incidents. If something goes wrong, you will hear it from us first.

Licences are the floor, not the ceiling. Officers are trained beyond the minimum on conflict, first aid and reporting.

Same officers on the same site wherever possible. Familiarity is a security control, not a convenience.
How we work
Survey, brief, deploy, report
The sequence never changes, whether it is a single night guard or a rotating team on a large construction programme.
- Survey. We walk the site with you and write down the risks, access points and blind spots.
- Brief. Assignment instructions are agreed with you, then read and signed by every officer on the rota.
- Deploy. Officers arrive early on shift one, walk the site, and confirm the patrol pattern before cover begins.
- Report. You receive occurrence logs and incident reports on an agreed schedule, not on request.
